Just hanging out....

I am at loose ends and have not run into Celeborn for many days. He is avoiding me after what happened between us. I just know it. We should not have done what we did but I cannot find it in my heart to regret it. It was beautiful.

I am finding the palace very different than I remember. There are all these modern conveniences. Television, cable hook up, satellite dishes, elevators, computers...and more. Celeborn has done quite a bit
here to make things modern. I am fascinated by this cable TV and spend many hours watching while no one is in the living room. I have discovered something called soap operas and they are intriguing.
My favorite is "As Arda Turns" and it is most entertaining. Everyone is in love or doing something dastardly to someone else. I watch it everyday at 2pm here. That is if no one is around.

I have been resisting looking in the mirror, as Celeborn has wished, but it is drawing me. I have cleaned out the Mirror Glade but did not throw anything away. It looks like someone used to throw parties there. I will have to ask what they did there. Thank the Valar the mirror was not damaged. Perhaps they can move their parties to the palace.

Uncle Finny has gotten a puppy and I get to take care of it whenever he is on patrol! It is a cute little thing and so lovable. He goes on duty quite often so I am with the pup a lot. It keeps me from getting so lonely. Well that and my mare, Farallon, she is keeping me busy as well. I ride her each day through the wood to keep her exercised and content.
